Paddle the Estuary: Grand Bayou Choctaw

Join us for an 8.7-mile adventure that will take you up and down the winding bayou, with views of banks of bountiful native vegetation, teeming with wildlife on land and in the water, and birds soaring above.

Check-in will begin at 8am and launch will start at 9am. The paddle will take most participants between 2.5 and 3.5 hours and will start and end at Floyd’s Morley Marina. After a morning on the bayou, paddlers will return to home-cooked jambalaya and white beans, and live music by the Cajun Music Preservation Society! Your registration also includes an event t-shirt, breakfast, and other BTNEP swag!
